Orient defeated Northampton 2-1 in the reserve match at Brisbane Road oin Wednesday with goals from Adam Boyd and Luke Ashworth.
The blogs spy at the ground said that the trialist from Ipswich (Ed Upson) looked good, had a good pass on him.
Pires did well for Boyd goal before being taken off injured.

A fairly strong Orient reserve team drew 2-2 at Ipswich yesterday with Dean Morgan scoring both for Orient after Ipswich led twice.
