Independent On Sunday – Oldham Athletic led at Leyton Orient but Scott McGleish’s penalty and a late strike by Jason Demtriou saw the Os win 2-1
Sunday Mirror – Jason Demetriou struck a priceless late winner as the Os moved away from the drop zone.
Scott McGleish had levelled for the hosts on the hour from a disputed spot-kick after Reuben Hazell was ruled to have fouled sub Dean Morgan.
Sunday People -Joe Royle’s wait for his first win as Oldham boss continues after Orient came from behind to secure a valuable victory.
Jason Demetriou snatched the win six minutes from time, his effort going in off the post when Oldham failed to clear a corner.

Royle said: “It hinges really on the performance of the officials. They have a hard job, but I don’t know what the referee was thinking when he gave the penalty”
And continuing the ref rant in the News of The World – “All the home fans around us were in absolute hysterics. It was never a penalty but it changed the game because they’ve scored with their first shot.”
O’s boss Geraint Williams said: “That’s three home wins from a possible five since I arrived here.”
